Happy weekend, GCS family! Please take note of the following information about the week ahead:
Mother, Daughter & Grandmother Tea Party:
Please join us on Saturday, May 6th, at 2PM for our Mother, Daughter, Grandmother Tea Party at GCS. We will enjoy one another’s company, make a craft, sip on some tea and lemonade, sample some sweet treats and capture a few memories on camera. The elementary girls are asked to RSVP by May 3rd with their homeroom teacher.
Track and Field
Track and Field practices are beginning next week for all interested students! Details are as follows:
- Who: Students in grades 3-12
- When: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 3:00-4:30 pm
- Where: UPEI Track
- What to Bring: Sneakers, water bottle, appropriate clothing
Students are to be dropped off at UPEI right after school and can be picked up there at 4:30 pm. For more details, please contact Mrs. Laird (alaird@gcspei.ca).

Monday: Writing Assignment
Wednesday: History Project Proposal
Thursday: Spelling List 24 & Math Test
Important Dates:
- April 29 – Family Fun Run
- April 30 – Last day for early registration for the 2017-18 school year
- May 5 – Professional Development Day (No Class)
- May 22 – Victoria Day (No Class)
- June 3 – GCS Golf Challenge
